Please note that delivery to certain remote or restricted locations may be limited based on courier service availability.

2. Processing Time

All standard orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
For customized or made-to-order jewellery, additional processing time may be required — this will be clearly communicated to you at the time of purchase.

3. Delivery Timeline

• Standard Delivery: Typically within 5–7 business days, depending on your location.

• Express Delivery: Available in select areas at an additional cost.

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays due to courier schedules, weather conditions, or unforeseen events may occur. Rest assured, our team will assist you in tracking and resolving any such issues promptly.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are determined based on order value, product type, and delivery location.
We also offer complimentary shipping on eligible orders and special promotions, announced from time to time.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking details via email or SMS.
You can monitor your shipment’s progress directly through our courier partner’s tracking portal or link provided.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

We package each Nirelle creation with the utmost care. However, if your package arrives damaged or tampered with, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and share supporting photos.
In the rare case of a lost or undelivered shipment, our team will coordinate with the courier partner to resolve the issue or provide a replacement/refund as per our policy.

7. International Shipping

At present, Nirelle primarily ships within India. For international shipping requests, please contact us directly to check availability, timelines, and charges.
