1. Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided that the item is:

• Unused, unworn, and in its original condition

• Accompanied by original packaging, tags, certificates, and accessories (if any)

Please note:

• Customized or made-to-order jewellery is non-returnable unless damaged or defective upon receipt.

• Items showing signs of wear, alteration, or damage caused by the customer will not be eligible for return.
  
  

2. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, you will be notified about the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original mode of payment.

• Shipping, handling, or customization charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
  
  

3. Exchanges

If your jewellery arrives damaged or defective, we will happily replace or repair the item at no additional cost.

• Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Nirelle reserves the right to decline a return or refund if the product does not meet our return policy conditions.
